kdelibs is commited, tomorrow you will all see the change. I am working on 
kdebase "now"...

What I recommend translators doing is:

	find -name *.cpp | xargs -l sed -i 's/<qt>//g'
	find -name *.cpp | xargs -l sed -i 's/<\/qt>//g'

and then unmark the fuzzies in lokalize.

I hope this works, since I did not test it my self... please comment if it 
works or not, and if you see new problems.
