Hi translators,

kde 4.1.2 will be tagged the next days, so this is a good moment to ask for a 
backport of documentation updates and bugfixes from trunk to stable.

These are some updated documentations in trunk:
kate, kwrite, konsole, cervisia and a lot of small changes in some twenty 
documentations. Round about 600 changed/new messages.

I would also like to backport the fix for the translatable footer and to move 
some doc entities from general.entiities to user.entities to make them 
translatable.

As the last backports worked without problems, their should be no objections?
