I understand what you're saying.  But we don't generally use the
German spelling for German cities, or the Italian spelling for Italian
cities, or the Russian spelling for Russian cities.  The rule (for all
i18n strings) is to supply the English version as the untranslated
default.  So if you're giving me the generally-accepted English
spelling of these cities, then that's great.  Can you collect them
together into a patch?

(someday I hope Cities.dat will not provoke such political
outrage...this seems to come up a lot: Tibet/China, Macedonia/Greece,
now Spain/Galicia...oy!)
