Send a monthly e-mail to the translation teams listing all the errors in 
the files. It has worked wonders for the two Norwegian languages.

But then again, I send an automatic e-mail every *three* days (of course
only if there *are* any errors), and threaten to stop committing their
updated translations if the XML errors aren't fixed. :-)
