In kdebase/plasma_applet_desktop.po and
kdeplasma-addons/plasma_applet_frame.po there is one message each that
contains "qtdt-format" in its msgctxt. This is a makeshift solution to
signal that these messages are Qt date-format strings, which means that the
only thing to translate in them is text within single quotes (the context
tells so too). Quotes themselves are part of the format, and must not be
touched; they are not shown to the user at all. It is fine to rearrange
elements though, but the parts outside of quotes (e.g. hh, mm...) must all
be present in translation exactly like that; user will see corresponding
numbers instead.

The following languages currently have malformed translations:

  kdebase/plasma_applet_desktop.po: bg ml sl
  kdeplasma-addons/plasma_applet_frame.po: ga zh_CN

Fix them ASAP, as they break UI for users.

(Yes, this kind of exposing obscure internals to translation is sub-optimal
at best, but there we are...)

On a side note, contexts of these messages did state that only the parts
inside quotes may be translated. Then, if the above errors in POs stem from
simple misunderstanding of that note, or are just fast unfuzzying glitches,
that's fine. But, as far as I've seen, some PO editors may not show context
at all, and some translators are not "used" to consider contexts -- if this
is the case, change your tools/habits ASAP too :)
