As a follow up to Zlatko's mail i'm sending you this mail.

This is what we would to if current situation was the final one:

Languages with 100% Essential that would be released with 4.1

If you are in this list make sure you keep over 100% essential, that should be 
easy as teoretically we are not including new messages.





Languages that were released with 4.0 and that would NOT be released with 4.1
ar - Misses 7% of kdelibs and 12% of kdebase
be - Misses 8% of kdelibs and 9% of kdebase
csb - Misses 1% of kdelibs and 4% of kdebase
eu - Misses 4% of kdelibs and 9% of kdebase
fa - Misses 1% of kdelibs and 9% of kdebase
fy - Misses 4% of kdebase
hi - Misses 5% of kdelibs and 1% of kdebase
is - Misses 12% of kdelibs and 8% of kdebase
it - Misses 1% of kdelibs
mk - Misses 8% of kdelibs and 8% of kdebase
nb - Misses 1% of kdelibs
ne - Misses 4% of kdelibs
nn - Misses 1% of kdelibs
ro - Misses 6% of kdelibs
se - Misses 7% of kdelibs and 10% of kdebase
ta - Misses 1% of kdebase (was in kde 4.1 betas)

If you are in this list make sure you translate 100% essentials before July 
13rd.

Most of you should be able of achieving that because most of missed levels are 
quite low.

If you see that we are aproaching July 13rd and you have not been able to 
fulfill the essential requierements please mail the list asking for an 
explicit excemption and we will discuss each particular case.
