SVN commit 812722 by dakon:

First shot of KGpg doc update

-link to gpg man page when mentioning it
-remove references to drag&drop on the systray icon, this is not working in KDE4
-add some notes about keyservers
-some small fixes (thx. to cryogenfx for digging them out)

Things to come:
-new pictures with the new icons
-documentation of the option dialog
