Hi Albert,

so far for historical reasons we were using 'uz' for the KDE Uzbek
(Cyrillic) translations. However, according to libc locale standards
'uz' and 'uz@cyrillic' are for Uzbek written in Latin and Cyrillic
scripts. Since we are going to add Uzbek (Latin) translations into KDE
(4 and 3.5) and since AFAIK KDE4 is system locale aware we would like
to use standard libc locales for Uzbek. Some time ago we changed to
'uz' and 'uz@cyrillic' for existing Mandriva and GNOME translations.
Here are more details on this.

Is it OK if I rename existing 'uz' into 'uz@cyrillic' and add Uzbek
(Latin) translations into KDE for both 4 and 3.5?

Mashrab.
