The singular part of this particular message is never used for English,
instead the message "The current CPU usage of the process." is used. So I've
changed the singular to be a grammatical counterpart of plural (only
"cores"->"core"), even if not sensible, and added a comment about singular
not being used. In hopes of causing least confusion in the future.
