As I've mentioned few times before, I think it would be good to have a wiki-
based resource on l10n in KDE. I'm not a particular fan of wiki as a markup
format, but I think collaborative side is very useful. At any rate, it's
being encouraged for KDE programming stuff, so why not for l10n too? (may
sound as one, but not a rethorical question :)

To this end, I've prepared a proposition for the top page on l10n, to become
one of the top-level pages on the Techbase:

http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=User:Ilic/Localization

It turned out a bit longish, and allowing for new topics in the future,
perhaps the three sections should be split to their own pages right away?
Especially if we could muster some fancy graphics like those on e.g.
http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Development :)

If you click on the sole existing article at this moment, the Translation
Scripting..., at the top of its page you will see an "orientation box". It
contains the section trail, prerequisites for following the article, etc.
Every article should have one of these (nicked it from programming
tutorials).

Yays, nays, suggestions?
