Hello Albert and everyone else :)

I see the question from Marek Laane for a new string and there is the need for
a typo to become fixed ind kfontinst. There are probably other things to
fix/update as well (for example to add i18n-comments).

In my opinion we should lift the string freeze a bit to allow minor string
changes in favor of typo fixes, i18n-comments and such.

During translation and proofreading I sometimes stumble upon typos in the
englisch original texts and would like to fix them, but I can't. Now, just
after the release of 4.0.0, there are probably many places to fix and it
would simply be nice to have those fixes already in 4.0.1 or .2.
In addition I believe that most distros don't deliver 4.0.x as their main
desktop. So, if there would be a few untranslated messages left in the next
release it won't hurt that much. I believe that most teams will be able to
unfuzzy some fixed typos really quick, anyway.

The next question is: What about documentation? I see that there are several
original docs not up to date, they need to be rewritten, but currently this
is not possible due to string freeze. I'm not a docbook guru and thus I can't
apply larger updates to docbooks myself. But maybe the docbook writers would
like to update their files? What do you think? Should we lift freeze for
documentation?

Bye,
Thomas
