Or, in cases like this, ask to anyone who has a full l10n-kde4 checkout do to 
the move once and for everyone (avoiding easy solutions that loose the svn 
history for the files).

In short: I'm *now* doing the move for everyone, so please avoid further 
lonely movings, thanks.
