I use it, if they reanrange the code to get a first guess. It's also useful for very seldom words, because it tells me how i've translated the word the last time. Even if it's a wrong translation, I can learn the mistakes that the feature introduces, and I will be able to decide my self, and not under pressure when the application is asking me 2342 questions, but when I finished translating 70% of that file.
