Afaik you've to use "Docbook" format, it's an xml language.
(Or find someone who's willing to transform your plaintext files to docbook 
format.)
(btw. I guess it's the best if you work this HowTo's into the K3b handbook 
itself(then you've already the biggest part of the docbook thing).

I'm sorry, I don't have the time to give you an more detailed explaination, 
but I'll hand it in later, when I've more time :)
