I have run the check another time:
ftp://i18n.kde.org/logs/070415_kde4_check.log

Now included are new checks:
- to find POT files in translations, where they should not be
- that the most essential files (kdeqt.po kdelibs.po desktop__kdelibs.po 
desktop_l10n.po) are present in the translations
