thanks. Indeed, it leaves quite som scope for guessing, including
spelling mistakes (Stroke (a) duck? ;) ).

It would appear that "dock" has something to do with docking (e. g. a
toolbox) at least. It seems one can fill and/or stroke (whatever that
is, in this context) some sort of dock/docking widget:
