There are some requirements to be fullfilled to get the hausa language into
KDE:

- 100% (or almost) translation of kdelibs.po, kio.po, desktop_kdelibs.po and
desktop_l10n.po
- Check that in kdelibs.po the plural form is set correctly (the KDE way) and
that the GNU plural form (in the po file header) does not contradict with the
KDE plural form (set in kdelibs.po)
- Check that in kdelibs.po the setting for left-to-right / right-to-left is
set properly matching your language
- Check that the file passes "msgfmt -o /dev/null --check file.po"
- Check that there are no contradicting licenses

If all requirements are fullfilled then someone has to create the respective
folders for your language. Unfortunately Nicolas Goutte (who was
kinda "responsible" for this) cannot work for KDE anymore so someone else has
to do it.
Maybe Nicolas Goutte can explain in detail what has to be done or point us to
a documentation, so we can do it? Nicolas?

Cheers,
Thomas
