Thanks for answer. I was trying to install libsqlite3-dev, but I'm not
sure I now how...
Btw, whe I istalled sqlite, I could locate following files:
/usr/local/lib/
libsqlite3.a
libsqlite3.la
libsqlite3.so
libsqlite3.so.0
libsqlite3.so.0.8.6
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/
sqlite3.pc
/usr/lib/
libsqlite3.so.0
libsqlite3.so.0.8.6
usr/local/bin/sqlite3
usr/local/include/sqlite3
Furthermore, via konsole:
[user@localhost ~]$ whereis sqlite3
sqlite3: /usr/local/bin/sqlite3
[user@localhost ~]$ whereis libsqlite
libsqlite: /usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.so
/usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.la
/usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.a
[user@localhost ~]$ sqlite3 -version
3.3.7
Is there a possibility that configuration script is set up to search
for libsql in another place?
If this can be fixed, could you, erm, give me some instructions?
On http://www.nabble.com/SQLite-f797.html i asked this same question,
and got answer:
[quote]
Have a look in config.log(sp?) to see where config thinks sqlite(3)
lives (it might be hard coded to the wrong place) and check if there's a
"--sqlite-dir=/path/to/sqlite" (or similar) option for ./configure.
[end quote]
... but I cannot dedecate waht is crucial in config.log.
I tried above option for ./configure (with my paths, I hope), but with
same result.
Btw, KDE is 3.4, not 3.2. I have 3 CD for Mandriva Free 2006, but
there is no sqlite on them. I also have FC4 DVD, but not sure if it is
there. Do you know if some rpm contains what is needed?
Thanks!
