Hi!

It happens very often lately that KDE contributors send new contributors to 
sysadmin@kde.org to get a KDE SVN account without giving them useful 
documentation at hand. 

So please everyone: Don't direct people to sysadmin@kde.org for new accounts 
but to http://developer.kde.org/joining/applysvnaccount.php
