Well, I would not mind getting ideas for a simple tutorial for new 
translators. 

But I still do not see something lower than presenting KDE, 
explaining the PO format, explaining KDE's deviation from the standard 
Gettext PO format and finally how to translation KDE PO files. (As, even with 
KBabel, Emacs and probably with other tools too, you need to know how a PO 
file is made, especially in case of SVN conflicts.
