Who is producing the pot-files from the docbooks at the moment, or rather who 
is not doing that?
It is a lot more difficult to maintain the translations when the docboook and 
pot-files are out of sync. There are many kind of possible mistakes when 
update_xml produces an error, and it would be realy nice if it were a rare 
thing that the reason is that the docbook and pot-file are out of sync, but 
it happens extremely often. I just did it manually for a few of the files in 
kdepim/trunk, but there must be some script that can be run to produce the 
pot-files
