underLGPL has been there for 3 years and 3 months in
kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/en/entities/
and in catalog and lang.entities in that directory. I only added it 3 months
ago. The reason must be that nobody has ever used it. That is actually a
fact. the only place the entity underLGPL appears in the documentation is in
credits.docbook for kexi.
Presently the solution is to add an expanded translation in kexi_credits.po in
stable and then of course fix catalog lang.entities at least in trunk and
make sure underLGPL.docbook is there and translated in
kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/xx/entities/
