Thanks for the tip. But is it the default setting for your language
keyboard in KDE or just hack for your convenience?

My problem is - whether to change default keyboard mapping for Polish in
KDE to make entering numbers convenient or to leave it as it is, as
people are used to getting the dot (and maybe there are some other means
by which they get the right behaviour when entering numbers, for example
in spreadsheets).
