Hi, thanks to the message unfreeze i've added a new message that lets the 
translator control if the "cool" Steve font should be used in his language or 
not, that is due to bug 118399 [1] caused because steve.ttf is mostly a 
latin1 font. If you are a font artist do not hesitate to contact me to 
improve the font.
