But if they break (in this case) translated docbook generation, then they cannot
remain there either. As a translator/user, I very much appreciate the work that
is done by the documentation writers and generation team, but at the same time I
get the feeling that there's much in the process that could be improved. 

On the other hand, writing stuff myself, I know how hard it is to ensure that
things will work -- I've had some cases of stuff working locally and being
broken elsewhere.
