Is it still active somewhere? The PO files were removed recently, so if it 
still exists, the remove should be reverted.

Sigh! Why was this editor hidden in KDevelop? (Yes, I know, you have not the 
answer either.)

How much is the responsible developer willing to maintain it in kdelibs? (In 
theory he should be the person asking for the move.)
