Hi all,

Effective immediately, Krecipes is in a GUI string freeze for the 0.9
release.  However, note that the Handbook is yet to be updated for the
many new features in this version, so the strings there are not yet frozen.

It is being released November 28th, which I hope is plenty of time to
get Krecipes translated for those who are interested.
