For the source module, the branch is there since long. (KDE4 is in trunk.)

For translations, KDE 3.5 is still in trunk/l10n, KDE 3.4 is still in 
branches/stable/l10n

That has not changed. (I do not know when Stephan Kulow plans to make the 
switch.)
