In the Kinfocenter documentation docbook in kdebase, the entity &infocenter=
;=20
is used in the text, but only "&kinfocenter;" is defined. This prevents=20
regeneration.

The best solution is changing the definition of the entity:
<!ENTITY kappname "&infocenter;">

instead of the current:
<!ENTITY kappname "&kinfocenter;">

This way, no fuzzies will be generated.

I suppose no one is against...?
