Sounds like a good idea. But after digging for a while in 
http://websvn.kde.org/ I still have not found it. An entry "branch" does not 
exist.
The only thing that comes close would be 
http://websvn.kde.org/tags/KDE/3.4.92/kde-i18n/nds/messages/

Can you give me more details?
