As usual with x.3 releases: we will release it when we feel the need of it. So 
far 3.4.2 isn't even released, so we can't say how many bugs are left in there
that are worth fixing soonish. And the other aspect is, how much work you
translators do that you consider worth a new release (e.g. raised level by 10%).

But taking that KDE 3.5 might take a bit longer, I estimate the chance for 3.4.3
to 50:50.

I won't copy files from branch to branch - in any case, translation teams just
work too differently.
