Congratulations, new docs layout is improved.
ANyway, the same error as before pops up in:

http://docs.kde.org/stable/common/kde-default.css


to fix, please add this before ".author {"  (I've no rights there):

.toc .chapter {
padding: 0em 0em 0em 1em;
}
