You might select a particular phrase in English from the program you 
want to translate and do a search in templates folders via KBabel 
Catalogue Manager. You only have to have a very distinct phrase, that 
would only (or mostly) appear in that program.

You will have to have the templates downloaded along with the 
translation po files, and the Kbabel set up properly. Also take care to 
check the right options in the Kbabel Catalogue Manager find dialogue.
