You started an application and pressed F12?    If so, try info here

and let me know if corrections are needed to i18n HOWTO.  Also, if the app 
does not have any shortcut conflicts or Dr. Klash has nothing to suggest, I 
don't think you see anything (not sure about that).  Thanks.
