There is no Georgian team in the list: http://i18n.kde.org/teams/index.php
We are the team going to [try to] create opensource package for georgian 
schools under the "Deer Leap" project (computerization and 
internetization of schools).
Georgian Mozilla & Firefox are ready.  Others... - in progress.
OS - Linux & KDE environment.

About 3.5 years (since October 2001) there was no activity on KDE 
Georgian L10N in this list.  So, we want to express our interest in 
translation of KDE on Georgian and [in case of no objections] to begin 
translation immediately.  Initial team (linux specialists and 
translators) is formed already. Sure, anyone can join it.
