HEAD

KDE_3_4_BETA_2 is not a branch, it is a tag..

As soon as kde 3.4 is released, a branch will be opened and probably named 
KDE_3_4_BRANCH.
This will be announced in the lists, so just keep an eye on kde-i18n-doc :)
