Try to fix the language list:
- sort by language code 
  (otherwise it is impossible to see quickly if a language is present or not)
- add missing languages from kde-i18n/teamnames
- remove "no" for Norwegian and fix the name of "nb"
- fix name of some Celtic languages (assuming kde-i18n/teamnames is right)

(Of course to make it easier I have removed all translation, otherwise
I could not have used scripts to ease the "migration".)
