The Norwegian list is here: http://i18n.skulelinux.no/prioritering.html

The first group (kdebase, kdepim, kdelibs, koffice) has the highest 
priority, the second group second highest, and so on. The order within 
the groups is not prioritized.

Of course, we do translate single applications from the lowest groups if 
somebody wants to (or needs it).
