The KVerbos version in kdenonbeta is a new version the author is working on. 
You cannot remove neither afaik.
If one was to be removed it would be the kdeedu one.
I believe the kdenonbeta one has not handbook yet. The GUI is bound to change 
so I am not sure it's a good program to translate now. I don't think this new 
version will make it for kde 3.4

kdenonbeta is the location for unfinished-beginning work.
If/when kdenonbeta is split into smaller entities it will be easier to tell 
the translators what program is nearly ready.
Maybe adding a TRANSLATORS file in each app with some indications would be 
useful.
