My point here is that the "modules=..." line in update_xml has no 
"kdeextragear-libs-1" entry. Therefore, when someone launches a:

./update_xml it

(s)he'll regenerate everything, but not the kdeextragear-libs-1 documentation. 
Furthermore, if you launch:

./update_xml it kdeextragear-libs-1

regeneration will not start since the script does not recognize the package. 
Yes I tried, I modified the "modules=..." line (locally) to include 
kdeextragear-libs-1, and after that it worked.
