There is a new documentation package that should be added in update_xml, i.e. 
kdeextragear-libs-1. Furthermore, the script does not regenerate the only 
file in the docs/others directory, i.e. setiwatch.po-don't know whether this 
is on purpose. The new "modules=" line in update_xml should then be:

modules="kdelibs kdebase kdegames kdegraphics kdeutils kdenetwork 
kdemultimedia kdeadmin kdesdk kdetoys koffice kdenonbeta kdepim kdeaddons 
kdeedu kdeextragear-1 kdeextragear-2 kdeextragear-3 kdeextragear-libs-1 
kdevelop kdewebdev kdeaccessibility others"
