Hello everyone,

KDE's User Interface Guidelines which were previously found at:
http://developer.kde.org/documentation/standards/kde/style/basics/index.html

Have now moved to:
usability.kde.org/hig/

Combined with the move, the guidelines was:
* Converted into Docbook XML 4.3 format
* Edited to bring out the content: Spell checked, duplicate sections removed, 
and so forth
* Was reorganized and given a new table of contents

This was done in order to make the current document more readable and 
accessible, as well as to provide the necessary foundation for extending the 
guidelines. Other than that, the content is the same.
