This idea is that there is more in 10 heads than in 1.
I think nobody can be good in english, in his language, in computers and in 
various domains (multimedia, graphics, development, etc.).
I also think people can hardly correct themselves.

So, KDE's quality should not be perfect  ? ;-)

My idea is that the teams which have the means to translate much have the 
means to do some quality control. They also can find some existing errors 
when translating some new strings. But it is sure it is possible to translate 
much and badly.

This sould be a criteria to use to evaluate the quality of a translation.
Anybody can check the doc does not match to the GUI.

That is another criteria.
I did not talk about it, because I think it is weak.
Before becoming a "KDE old-timer", I thought any computer app was perfect. 
Now, I find all them horrific !
That's why I am specializing in quality control.
