Hello,

I just wanted to let Krecipes translators know that we've moved from
kdenonbeta to kdeextragear-3.  The translation files are still on
kdenonbeta (they aren't moved automatically), and so they will need to be
moved to kdeextragear-3 by a translator responsible for it.
