No, you seem to have misunderstood me.

You load neither 2 appname.po, nor 2 kdelibs.po nor 2 kio.po

I do not know if it would be difficult. I just do know that the current code 
does not do it.

Sorry, I do not know if it is easy or not. Things that looks easy at first are 
not automatically so at the end.

(For example, Kate's language name translation. It was supposed to be easy, it 
ends to be something like a nightmare...)

If you want it or not, you would need a volunteer to change the code. Stephan 
Kulow has already said no and I have as many problems that I would want with 
KOffice, so I am not a volunteer for this either. Sorry!
