The files install okay in KDE CVS HEAD:
ls -l $KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/pl/
total 17
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1614 2002-11-28 20:17 catalog
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 560 2004-03-29 17:04 entities
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2517 2001-10-18 13:50 lang.entities
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1003 2001-03-20 12:59 strings.entities
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 423 2001-03-20 12:59 user.entities
Are you compiling from source?
I did notice that your koffice .po files are in the wrong place - they are
currently in kde-i18n/pl/docs/koffice. They should be in
kde-i18n/pl/messages/docs/koffice. You'll need to add them using the
KOFFICE_1_3_BRANCH branch.

Malcolm
