1) The proper message target for this little app is "kuiviewer" instead of
"kuiviewerpart" (somebody please fix it).

2) The Quanta Welcome page can't be translated (on the Documentaton tab).
There are only a couple of sentences here, so maybe it can be made 
translatable even in the 3.2 branch.
