The statistic page seems to work without Scripty.

As for Scripty's behaviour, well processing CVS HEAD is easy, as it is always 
there.

As processing other branches, branches are supposed to be in message freeze 
once created. So there is seldom the need of it.

KOffice 1.3 would have been an exception, as the templates were unsyncronised 
with the branch and also because of Kivio's untranslated stencils.

KDEPIM would be an example of a branch that would need constant extraction of 
new message string, but that is quite new in KDE.

Yes, it is not always clear, especially in a case like KOffice where that date 
is passed since 4 months ago already.
