It was just a misunderstanding, not a bug (I'll take care of that).

However, I'll give you a real bug report in return :-)

i18n messages are not extracted from
/kopete/protocols/yahoo/yahoostatus.h
, so messages like "Available", "Not at Home",
"Not at my Desk", "Not in the Office", "On Vacation",
"Stepped Out" etc. are always displayed in English 
in Kopete (if you are using a Yahoo account).
