Well with:

messages: rc.cpp
        $(XGETTEXT) rc.cpp $(kfouleggs_SOURCES) -o $(podir)/kfouleggs.pot

I am not sure how much will be extracted. I have never seen _SOURCES used that 
way. Also extracting prefs.kcfgc is probably wrong too.
